Exchanges
You have the right to exchange your order within 14 days. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will assess the issue and work on a resolution as quickly as possible.
Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on socks, underwear, and swimwear. Additionally, we do not accept returns on sale items, mystery boxes or gift cards.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of receipt, provided it is in perfect, original, saleable condition—unworn, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. Items purchased online may be returned in our official store. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unwanted items. Handling fees may apply. For your protection, we recommend returning items via recorded or registered post. Please note that our online store does not accept returns for purchases made in third-party retail stores.
